Rurouni Kenshin Fever

I have to cut to the chase and say that the movie was amazing.  It's almost perfect (aside from some of things they added and "changed").  Nonetheless, I loved every little bit of it from the cast, setting and fight scenes.

Weeeee! 

I had bit of a problem when I wanted to watch it at 11am. There was a glitch at the cinema that they couldn't resolve so we took the at 11pm screening time at Mall of Asia instead. The additional 12 hours of waiting was worth it! Everyone clapped their hands after the movie. I didn't cause it was kind of ridiculous but hey, everyone enjoyed (even if a lot didn't even know the characters).  I just hated the know it alls who keep talking during the movie.  Lol.

I have one point that I really want to clear and take back. I said in one of my previous posts that Saito looked a little different in the anime and in the movie.  Clearly, I spoke and judged the character/actor too soon cause he was really good as Saito.  You can't judge a character by the way he/she trailer. LOL


If you haven't seen it, then I suggest you rush to SM cinemas while it's still available. They're only showing it for a limited time.  I wanna watch it again!  Let's all thank the SM cinemas for getting the rights to show the movie here in the Philippines! I hope they will do the same for the next movies and other non-Hollywood movies.

That's it for now.  I still can't get over how great the movie was.

This is a new series from the creator of Adventure Time, Pendleton Ward. It's one of the cartoons featured on the Cartoon Hangover channel on Youtube. Where toons that are too ______ for TV are shown. LOL This is just the first episode of Bravest Warrior. I'm already liking Pixel's bitchy-ness and Danny's rudeness. Haha.

Life with a Tablet: Geekosaur got a Nexus 7!

I've been wanting to get a tablet for quite some time.  I've pondered on buying an iPad but it's just too big.  The iPad Mini got released already but I find it weak (considering I like Apple products).  

So yeah, I got a Nexus 7 and I can say it's the perfect tablet for me.
